Brian Hufft is an executive coach who works with founders and senior leaders navigating growth, complexity, and major organizational change.
Brian spent more than 15 years in senior operating and consulting roles such as CFO and General Manager at technology, electronics, professional services, and venture capital companies. He has helped dozens of leaders and organizations scale, raise capital, complete acquisitions and turnarounds.
Over the last decade, Brian’s work has focused primarily on executive coaching and strategic advisory support for leaders facing complex decisions and pivotal moments in their organizations.
His coaching approach combines strategic perspective with practical operating experience, drawing on lessons learned from working inside and alongside growth-stage companies.
Brian lives in Portland, Oregon and serves on the Board of Trustees of Willamette University.
